What's included in the Canine Life Skill Course?
Suitable for beginners and intermediates, the Canine Life Skills course covers all the essential cues you and your dog need to know and teaches them in a way that encourages focus and fun.
The course is split into two parts; an online learning component and in-person classes. The online learning is a 30-minute foundation course to ensure you have some basic knowledge before attending class. Information is presented primarily as video, with some additional information sheets.
Skills taught include:
Sit, down, stand, stay, come, heel, mat training, ignoring distractions, clicker training, and tricks. If your dog already knows some of these cues, our class provides a fun and safe way to advance their skills around other dogs.
Cost:
$180 for 4 weeks
Classes must be taken in consecutive weeks.
Once you have graduated, you are invited back to attended lessons as you wish for a discount price of $25 per class. This provides a great opportuntity to continue training and ask questions. Bookings essential.
Prerequisites: None! Just a willingness to learn and a commitment to doing the homework.
